Update is worse than previous version as it does not provide access to Enrich account and Time Table info that were available previously.

Please tell me the true answer.

Often crashes. Often returns pricing that is more expensive for exact same flights as when booked on website. Also, needs passbook support for the Enrich card, not just boarding passes.

Bad, only serve direct flight.

It may be easy enough to use but checking fares for KL-KK flights today I found it to be RM319 per sector through this app but RM159 on the PC site! Make sure to check both!

I had tried Sign Up for Enrich membership since early 2012 until now but the error never fixed. 10 times until I made up my own flight to Japan without Enrich miles. I thought by updating to the latest update, I can see some hope (yeah, I see the MH Enrich ID) but in the end, I was redirected to the same faulty .jsp page. Seriously, this kind of non-fixed System Error is so ANNOYING. =_=

seriuously much more attractive than the previous one! also easy to use! before this i rather book my ticket via internet but i just made a book by mhmobile yesterday. thumbs up!(^o^)

someone elses booking info, incl e-ticket # and everything comes up. cannot laugh it off as Malaysia boleh. this is ridiculous

Please check Gender field: when user chooses Male, background text doesnt look nice. And Loyalty program: looks like user should choose it from the list, so list if programs supposed to be visible. Thanks

Is anyone facing the same log in problem after updating the App?

My enrich number starts with 013xxxx the 0 is truncated and I am not able to sign in.

Since the last update I cannot log in anymore, it says my loyalty number is not valid! My number starts with a 0 and was perfectly working those last 10 years!

My Enrich number starts with "00" and now this app login wont accept any leading zeros; so I cant login to my account. Please fix as soon as..

Cannot believe that app was released without having the back end working. Two major problems: 1. The app doesnt allow you to sign in if your enrich number starts with a 0 2. The app doesnt allow you to check in. Keeps telling you that theres a system error and that you need to go to the ticketing or check in counter. There arent any statements by the airline as to why this has happened, when its going to be fixed, or that this problem even exists. @malaysiaairlines: If you dont talk about it, and pretend it doesnt exist, it doesnt mean its not there. So get on your bikes and fix the issue. Additionally you said that the app design is the result of what customers wanted. Customers want simplicity and intuition. By the looks of it, the app requires repetitive and additional data entry and is loaded with cluttered UI that seems to be the brainchild of an employee justifying his/her role in the organization. Over to you.

Typical MAS. Tries to make a pretty app but cant even get a simple fundamental thing like the login right.

I have had many flights and throughout the years, one of the prior flights that is showing as current trip panel is from someone else! At least name should be authenticated. This seems to be a security issue. Please fix ASAP!

I booked a trip SIN to KL last week-end and it took at most 45 seconds!

Very good and well done as well. But the problem is I cant book flights via KL, only direct flight. I hope they try to solve this issue
